Dean has spent virtually all of his career working in the insurance industry; working in both general commercial and professional indemnity insurance sectors. The last ten years have been spent providing specialist guidance in relation to Rights of Light and Legal Indemnity insurances.
Dean oversaw the first £500m Rights of Light insurance cover placement in the market. He has played an integral part in the development and evolution of Rights of Light products, and helped to pioneer the proactive approach; a model has been adopted by a number of insurers who now provide insurance solutions that enable clients to approach neighbours to secure releases, whilst having the comfort of a suitably tailored insurance product to fall back on in the unlikely eventuality that negotiations go wrong
